ENSA was founded on 18 February 1978, and began trading on 15 April the same year under the name Empresa Nacional de Seguros e Resseguros de Angola following EU legal registration. Today it is a limited liability company (S.A.) called ENSA SEGUROS DE ANGOLA, SA. Since then, ENSA has kept pace with the economic and social development of Angola, modernising and updating its services, as a result expanding its network of branch offices which are distributed throughout Angola.
